The payment must be made from a bank account owned by the person whose details match those you provided when you registered an account on our site. If these details do not match, the payment will not be accepted.
The most common reason why the payment is rejected is because it was executed as an express payment. Certain banks offer such a facility which relies on Blue Media’s service to send instant interbank payments. Unfortunately, in such a case it is Blue Media that is shown as the sender of the payment, which means that the details of the person instructing the payment cannot be verified. For this reason, such a payment may not be used to verify your account.
